Our 11-Step Process is Standard at Courtesy Care

At Courtesy Care, we use an 11-step carpet cleaning process for all of our customers needing a Standard Carpet Cleaning Package. We also offer a Deluxe Carpet Cleaning Package for heavily soiled carpets or carpets that have not been cleaned in a long time. 

Our staff will move smaller furniture items such as end tables, coffee tables, etc; however, we can negotiate moving larger furniture items for an additional fee.

Courtesy Care's 11-step standard carpet cleaning process begins with a walk through of your home with one of our certified technicians to identify your specific carpets specific needs and ends with another close inspection to make sure that the carpet cleaning process was successful. 

The steps in between (listed below) are performed with the highest level of professional care from our trained carpet cleaning technicians.

Though our Standard Cleaning Package is better than most companies premium service, our Deluxe Package provides the deepest, most thorough cleaning possible.

• Our Deluxe Package includes use of our state-of-the-art Powerglide™ rotary cleaning tool.
• Two heads containing 4 spray jets and 6 vacuum slots rotate in opposite directions providing maximum agitation.
• Making 936 cleaning passes per minute, the Powerglide™ provides the deepest, most thorough cleaning possible in record time!
• We highly recommend the Deluxe Package if it has been some time since your last professional carpet cleaning when it is likely that you have deeply ingrained soiling that lighter cleanings may not provide the best results.
• The Powerglide™ really shines when used on Berber style carpets where the large loops can easily trap soil deep down. The rotating action of the tool helps move the loops apart, ensuring that all soil is removed.
• This prevents the “streaked” look that can occur when some soil is left behind and “wicks” back up after drying when a lighter cleaning method is attempted.
• The Powerglide™ provides outstanding results when used on high traffic areas that often get matted down. The 936 cleaning passes per minute lifts the knap and leaves your carpet looking and feeling soft and fluffy.
